Luciana Rosar Fornazari Klanovicz is Assistant Professor At Midwest State University of Parana (UNICENTRO), Guarapuava, and was a Post-doc researcher at the Graduate Program in Interdisciplinary Humanities at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), Florianópolis. She was awarded a PNPD-CAPES post-doctorate fellowship for conducting research in Gender and Sciences - THe role of southern Brazilian women in Engeneering. She holds a Ph.D. in History from Federal University of Santa Catarina (2008), where she had worked with Eroticism, Media, and Redemocratization. She has published her work in several reviews in Brazil. Her research interests includes Body and History, Eroticism, Gender and History, Gender and Science, Brazilian Feminism, Democracy, gender, and Dictatorship, as well as Post-Dictatorship Brazilian History.
